Cory

Cory Reiter is a third-generation Miami native and a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida with a business degree. In 2009, Cory launched a boat storage business that quickly expanded into the real estate sector. Initially focused on industrial land for boat storage, his vision grew as he saw potential in multifamily investments. With the support of his wife and business partner, Lindsay, they purchased their first duplex in 2011, setting the stage for a thriving real estate portfolio. Today, they own and manage 215 multifamily units and five industrial facilities across Miami-Dade County.
Cory and Lindsay pride themselves on their commitment to constant growth and innovation in their businesses. Their journey has been shaped by a passion for entrepreneurship, a love for the ocean, and the values of family. Outside of work, they cherish time spent traveling with their three children, sharing their love for the water and teaching them about the world around them. With a strong foundation built on hard work, determination, and phenomenal partnerships, Cory and Lindsay are excited about the future and will continue to expand their ventures wherever life leads them.
